Every cartridge we sell is opened, professionally cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, the contacts are polished, and then it is thoroughly tested on the original hardware, like a Sega Genesis or SNES, to ensure it saves and plays perfectly.

We offer a 30-day return policy for any defective items. Due to the nature of collectible retro-games and hardware, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, but we stand firmly behind our 6-month warranty for technical issues.

Currently, we only ship within Brasil. We are working on solutions to serve our neighbors in South America in the near future.
